Employee Bill of Rights

BurnoutZero exists to help you, not to monitor you. These are our binding commitments to every employee who uses it, enforced in the product itself, not just promised.

No individual data ever reaches your manager

Your manager and your employer only ever see privacy-protected team aggregates. Your individual burnout score, check-ins, and activities are never shown to them. This is enforced by a k-anonymity floor in the software, not a policy.

It is never used against you

BurnoutZero is a wellbeing tool. Your personal data is never used for performance management, ranking, discipline, or any decision about you.

You choose what is shared

Participation in any team aggregate is opt-in by consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and the change takes effect immediately.

You can export everything, anytime

One click downloads a complete copy of all of your own data as a portable file, no request form, no waiting.

You can delete everything, anytime

You can permanently delete your account and all of your data yourself. The only exception is a documented legal hold, which we will tell you about.

You can see exactly what your team shares

A live "glass box" shows you precisely which anonymized aggregates your team contributes to, never hidden, never more than stated.
