For teams
A better working week starts with understanding your team.
Give employees a way to understand their energy. See eligible team patterns and use them to start useful conversations about workload.
Managers only ever see groups of at least 5 people, never an individual.

What your manager sees. And what they never will.
Your manager or HR sees
- The team's average and median score
- How many people are in each band: green, yellow, red
- The top factors pushing the team up or down
- Participation, trends and the forecast
- How many people take part, never who
They never see
- Anyone's individual score
- Anyone's check-ins
- Anything anyone wrote
- Health data from Apple Health or Health Connect
- Who chose not to take part
From check-in to conversation
Employees check in
A short check-in on energy, mood and sleep.
You see team patterns
Shared data is grouped. Small groups stay hidden.
We help you take the next step
Discuss the workload and choose a change to try.
Your team checks in from the BurnoutZero app on iPhone and Android, or on the web.
Free 60-day pilot
Try BurnoutZero with your teams for 60 days, free
A pilot with a fixed end date. Your people use the app, your leaders see only group figures, and at the end you get a written report to decide on.
What you do
Name one person on your side who owns the pilot.
Send the invitations during the first week. Each person decides for themselves whether to take part and what, if anything, to share.
Join three short check-ins with us: at the start, on day 30 and on day 60.
Tell your employee representatives before you start, where you have them.
What you get
The app for everyone you invite, on iPhone, Android and the web.
Team and organisation views that only ever show groups of at least 5 people (10 with the stricter preset).
Help with setup and a named contact at BurnoutZero.
An outcome report at the end of the pilot.
The outcome report
It compares weeks three and four of the pilot with its last two weeks: participation, the group's average burnout score, meeting load and what managers did.
Where a group was too small to report without risking that someone could be identified, the report says so instead of showing a number. It describes what changed; it does not claim that BurnoutZero caused it.
What it costs
Nothing. The pilot is free: no card and no invoice.
After 60 days you decide whether to continue on a team plan. Nothing renews on its own; if you do not continue, access simply ends.
The report needs enough people taking part in each group. We plan for 8 to 10 regular participants per team; with fewer, parts of the report will say the group was too small to report.
