See where pressure is building
Team trends show changes in wellbeing and meeting load, so you know where to start a conversation.

What your employees see, what leaders see, what nobody sees, and where the data lives. Then the questions companies ask before they start.
The first thing your team will ask is whether this is surveillance. Here is the exact answer.
Your manager or HR sees
They never see
The one exception is yours to make: if you choose to send a support request, it carries your name. Only you can start it.
The team list shows name, email, role and when they joined. No scores, and no consent status.
Nothing at all until at least 5 people have shared data in the period
10 under the works-council setting. The software will not accept a lower number. Below the minimum, a manager sees --, not an estimate and not a rounded figure.
If a single day is too thin, the window widens to a week, then a month. The minimum applies to whatever window is shown. Each is a completed period, not a rolling one.
Scores are also protected against being worked out by comparing the team before and after someone joins or leaves.
You can see and change what you share. Changing it is quiet.
Your employer may set a default sharing level, and it can already be in effect when you first sign in. You are shown exactly what is shared from your account, and you can change it at any time, down to sharing nothing. Changes never enter the HR audit log, your sharing history is visible only to you, and managers never see anyone's individual score.
Your team's wellbeing data is among the most sensitive data an employer can hold. Here is where it physically lives.
What does leave the EU, and why
We would rather name it than have you find it.
If your company uses its own single sign-on, none of that applies to signing in. It stays between the employee and the employer, with no third party involved.

Notice how you feel after meeting-heavy days. Would a short gap between meetings help?
Your check-ins, personal trends, and suggestions.
Team meeting load
Heavier on Thursdays
Discuss a meeting-free window with the team and review the workload trend together.
Eligible team trends. No individual check-in entries or personal scores in this view.
Team trends depend on sharing settings and enough eligible participants. Small groups and insufficient data stay hidden. A request for help is a separate, intentional action.
Team trends show changes in wellbeing and meeting load, so you know where to start a conversation.
Use the patterns to discuss priorities, make room between meetings or adjust workload together.
Review trends over time and talk about whether the changes are helping.
Employees install BurnoutZero on iPhone or Android and sign in with the seat they already have. The app shows each person their own check-ins, score and history, and it changes nothing about what a leader can see.
Manager reports, consent settings and organisation admin run in the browser, including the browser on a phone.
Can managers see an individual employee's check-ins?
No. Leaders see team- and organisation-level aggregates, trends and alerts, not any one person's daily check-ins. BurnoutZero is built to support employees, not to surveil them.
How is pricing calculated?
Per seat, per month, with volume discounts and no base fee: $4.99/seat for 5 to 25 seats, $3.99 for 26 to 100, $2.99 for 101 to 250, and custom pricing for 250+ seats. Every member also gets all Pro features.
What is the smallest team that can use the team plan?
Five seats. Smaller groups can each use the free or individual Pro plan instead.
What do members actually have to do?
Members complete a quick daily check-in that takes about 30 seconds. Those signals, plus optional calendar analysis, power their personal burnout score and the aggregated team and organisation health views leaders see.
What reporting do leaders get?
An organisation health dashboard, team burnout analytics, workload analysis, AI-powered insights and predictions, configurable alert thresholds, a help-signals system, an ROI calculator, and executive and compliance reports.
BurnoutZero is burnout prevention for companies. Employees get a private app that turns short daily check-ins and calendar patterns into practical next steps. Managers see privacy-protected team trends. Never an individual's score.
