Email hello@burnoutzero.com and a person will reply, normally within two working days. For anything about your personal data, including export and deletion requests, use privacy@burnoutzero.com.
It helps if you tell us which device you are using, whether you are on the mobile app or the web, and roughly when the problem started.
My score says there is not enough signal yet
The burnout score needs a few days of check-ins before it can say anything useful about your patterns. Keep checking in and it will start showing a score and a trend. We would rather tell you the data is thin than show you a confident number built on one day.
My reminders are not arriving
Check that notifications are allowed for Burnout Zero in your device settings. The app's Settings screen detects when they are switched off and gives you a button to open the right system screen. Also check your reminder times under Settings, since they follow your device time zone.
Health data is not showing up
Connecting health data is optional, and the app works fully without it. If you want it, grant permission in Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. We read sleep, steps, exercise and heart rate variability, and nothing else. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we stop reading immediately.
Some features are not visible in my app
A few features are part of Burnout Zero Pro and are managed from your account on the web. If your employer provides Burnout Zero, your access comes with your organization membership.
I want a copy of my data
You can request a full export of everything you have logged, including your health data, from your account settings or by emailing privacy@burnoutzero.com.
I want to delete my account
You can do this yourself, permanently, from inside the app or on the web. See Delete Your Account for every route available to you, exactly what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
Burnout Zero is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or another qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
